Inspired by the Destroyer, the Arondite model ADD-120 is not a member of the Destroyer family although its body shape is somewhat similar.

In late 2006, Hoshino-Gakki released a trio of Ibanez guitars made from quality components at a lower price point: ADD-120 (modified Destroyer shape), ADX-120 (modified Iceman shape), and the ADC-120 (modified Les Paul shape).

These models never caught on with the consumer market so the ADD-120 and ADC-120 were discontinued within one year and the ADX-120 within two.
